This necklace features a strand of freshwater seed pearls and a large flower-shaped pendant made of mother-of-pearl. It is a choker size 14”long with a silver toggle clasp. From an estate sale. Pearl necklaces have long been a symbol of elegance and beauty. Shell jewelry is sometimes seen as emblems of fertility and new beginnings.
