I have been painting furniture since I was 16, a long time! I am cutting at least half of my Dixie Belle down. This paint is all brand new and sealed. This paint is a mineral chalk paint, meaning it will need to be stirred and shaken on the regular before use. It will settle! it might need water added here and there.
