Penny Sequin Party Dress

Penny's bodice includes padded cup inserts and meets a skater-style skirt mid waist. Penny is fully lined and includes a tulle layer beneath that adds a little bit of volume to your look! The overlay of this beautiful dress is meticulously detailed with sequins and embroidered knot stitching. The pattern of her sequins changes at the trim and the back into a swirl and leaf design.
