Upon receiving your healthy loquat cuttings, prepare a pot with well-draining soil & make a hole in the center. Insert the cuttings in the hole and gently press the soil around it to secure it in place. Water the cuttings thoroughly and place it in a warm, bright location, but away from direct sunlight.Cover the pot with a plastic bag or a clear plastic container to create a humid environment that will help the cuttings retain moisture. Check the soil moisture regularly & water the cuttings whenever the soil feels dry to the touch. After a 4 - 5 weeks, you should start to see new growth & roots forming on the cutting. Once the cutting has developed a good root system, you can transplant it to a larger pot.loquat trees grown from cuttings take around 3-5 years to reach maturity & start producing fruit.
